2018 Rockwell Pro Hillclimb Series sign Up

This is the place to sign up for your series membership,  doing so will provide you with a series shirt and free Gate entry into the Big Sky Challenge and the Great American Hillclimb, other events will be at the promoters discretion. It also makes the rider eligible for the giveaways at each event, and eligible for end of the year bonus money. You will be allowed to sign up for a single event, but you wont get the benefits of a series member.

In 2018 each rider, no matter whether they are a series member or a single event, riders will be required to have a unique number, no X's or other letters only numbers, this is to ensure we get the end of the year correct when paying out bonus money.

Sign up will be from March 1st through the 1st of April, However, if you were a series member in 2017 and want to retain your number you must register before April 1st after that time your number will be open should somebody want it. If you were not a member last year you will be asked for 3 number choices we will try to accommodate you.

Series membership allow the holder to free gate entry at most events, it also makes the series membership holder eligible for the drawings held at each event.

I, the undersigned, being 18 years of age or older, understand the inherent risks involved with attending, watching, helping with or participating in the operation of off road motorized vehicles and competitive racing events. I agree that by volunteering my time for or on the behalf of the BMC, I acknowledge such inherently dangerous risks and willingly, proceed at my own risk and peril. Therefore I agree to indemnify and hold forever harmless the BMC,SAB Miller PLC and Briggs distributing, from any and all claims of any nature and from any and all liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or death, or any combination thereof, that may occur in connection with the operation of motorized vehicles on BMC grounds, including riding or while participating in any riding activity or otherwise arising while I am on BMC grounds. The BMC does not provide medical, emergency transportation or other types of insurance coverage. I agree that the BMC has urged me to not participate in any activities on BMC grounds unless I have obtained adequate medical insurance coverage. I grant mu express permission to the BMC to contact emergency services, including medical doctors and emergency transportation services, for the purpose of administering aid if the BMC determines such services are necessary in the event of my being injured on BMC property. I agree to pay for all medical and emergency transportation services invoiced by the promoter. I acknowledge that the BMC has no liability for contacting medical or emergency services on my behalf and is not obligated to do so.
I hereby waive any and all claims, lawsuits or demands for payment of damages against the BMC arising or in conjunction in any way with my use of the BMC property, participation in any BMC event and BMC’s contact with emergency medical or emergency transportation services or failure to make such contact.

By way of further example:

In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give their full contact information. This information is used to evaluate the application and contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. In order for this website to properly fulfill its obligation to our customers, it is necessary for us to supplement the information we receive with information from 3rd party sources. Site and Service Updates

We also send the user site and service announcement updates. We may close your account and/or refuse additional services if Members un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email, fax, or phone.

Correction/Updating Personal Information:
If a user’s nonpublic personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us.
